We are looking for upbeat, positive Marketing Representatives to join our fabulous Solar Marketing Team. Solar energy is the way of the future; it's clean, it's affordable, and we make it easier than ever before for people to start saving money -- and the environment.

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 9-3 or 12-6, Friday optional
Pay: $14 per hour plus lead generation and commission bonuses

You'll answer questions and generate interest for our products at well-known retail stores. This position is ideal for individuals that can make a great first impression and like to be out and about versus sitting behind a desk. This fun, part time marketing position is ideal for those with an outgoing personality who are looking for an exciting and rewarding career opportunity. There is a very strong hourly pay, plus lead generation and sales bonuses!
Responsibilities and Qualities:
Engaging homeowners and demonstrating the value of receiving a free solar quote
Breaking the ice with potential customers with a positive, upbeat attitude
Creating need and stimulating demand
Staffing our retail partners stores at Lowe's Home Improvement stores.
Working closing with management to continually improve your skills to attain your career and compensation goals
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering high-quality work in a time-efficient manner
Strong history focusing on customer's needs
Ability to follow a systematic approach to your craft
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations based upon business needs
Preferred Candidates will have:
Positive, upbeat attitude
Competitive spirit with lots of grit
Great verbal and written communication skills
Confidence and ability to initiate conversations with customers and accept possible rejection.
Some experience in marketing, sales, retail or service-based jobs
