Successful and growing Cincinnati-based Property Management company seeks a strong, results-driven sales professional to lease apartments for Amalfi Stonebriar Apartments, a brand new lease-up in booming Frisco, TX! Exciting and fast paced environment in large, prestigious community demands high levels of sophistication, customer service and energy for this full-time position.
The primary responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include:
Serving as primary contact for residents and prospective residents
Directing/coordinating marketing and leasing activities
Touring apartments and community amenities with prospective residents
Maintaining targeted occupancy
Generating sales leads via internet listings and community outreach
Building and maintaining resident relations
Coordinating resident activities
Reporting all daily leasing activity
Managing all resident and lead information through a variety of technological tools including data bases, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
Preparing and presenting all lease contracts and related documents
