Merchant Services Outside Sales
TransMerit is a national merchant services company that services small to medium sized businesses. We are currently expanding our national sales team and are looking for individuals like yourself that have sales and industry experience. We have 2-3 positions for sales agents and 1-2 positions for individuals that are aspiring to be in management and want to be coached to build their own business and manage their own sales team.

Our agents work from their local areas building and cultivating relationships in their community. This gives them the ability to easily stay connected with their local business owners, service their community, and build a large client base that generates repeat and referral business. We value our clients and approach them with the ability to offer a customized program that we tailor to fit their specific needs. When we earn our client's business they feel comfortable and excited about doing business with us as we cater to their wants and needs.
At TransMerit we understand that we have two clients -- our Merchants and our Agents -- and our goal is to give both of them a premium level of service and support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous Sales Experience
- Okay with a 1 Sit -- 1 Close Sales Environment
- Great Attitude and Personality -- Sales is 90% enthusiasm & 10% Process
- Coachable and willing to learn -- regardless of your previous sales experience we have a proven unique process that allows us to get results.
- A strong desire to build your own business -- we want entrepreneurial sales people.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
