Our Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Associate to join our team in Westlake, TX.
Working under direct supervision, act as a liaison with business departments to implement process improvement. Assist more experienced team members with gathering information and seeking out and identifying opportunities, and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures. Document business processes, training needs and procedures, and communicate existence of new process.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Gather information on business process and procedures
Receive/identify problem or process, research alternatives, contribute to presentations, test to confirm, and participate in implementing solutions for defined business processes
Assist in creating documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures
Generate standard reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
Up to one year of experience
Good written and oral communication skills
Standard MS skill set
