o Intermediate to Advanced experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager
o Cisco Unity Connection.
o Able to design, build, and troubleshoot site configurations, gateway devices, and end points.
o Firm understanding of CUCM call routing, device pools, codec configurations, dial-peers, and partition management.
o Familiar with import and export procedures such as BAT.
Education:

Years building and deploying sites within a Cisco Unified Communications Manager environment. Certifications are preferred but not required. Experience with Cisco UCCE and contact center environments is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
