IMMEDIATE need for Escrow Assistant in the PALM DESERT AREA NEED COVERAGE FOR MATERNITY LEAVE WOULD PREFER ASSOCIATE WITH BUILDER OR COMMERCIAL BACKGROUND Duties include:
oOpening title oPreparing escrow instructions oOrdering payoffs oAuditing, funding and recording packages oAssisting Escrow Officers in all facets of the client's transaction oProviding detailed and consistent above and beyond client service, exceeding clients' expectations of responsiveness and service, while using your follow-up skills and initiative to ensure that their escrows close seamlessly and on-time
Job Requirements
o3 years
success in residential escrow oIMPACT
preferred oExperience opening escrows, ordering payoffs and insurance, and packaging loans oA service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service oStrong communication skills: written, in person, and by phone oAbility to multi-task while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor oAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment oGood decision making skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
