We educate potential customers in a warehouse store environment.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous alarm sales experience is required.
Must be honest, empathetic, assertive and systematic.
Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative problem-solving skills.
High school education or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities
Present the benefits of our products and create solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Determine customer requirements and needs in order to recommend specific products.
Attend team meetings for continued training and development of business skills.
Manage time effectively and meet personal goals.
Work effectively with other members of the team.
Basic understanding of smart device technologies like phones, tablets and computers.
Follow company and office policies in regards to both conduct and employee performance.
Hours and Training
Part-time and full-time available.
3 half days of basic training
Weekly training and special events are provided for on-going development
Compensation and Benefits
100% commission (minimum wage is guaranteed)
Advancement based on performance

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
