Manager, Prospect Marketing and Automation

The Manager, Prospect Marketing & Automation is a key role in the Prospect Marketing Department responsible for developing and maintaining lead generating & marketing communication strategies to meet and exceed organizational objectives. The right candidate will have experience bringing content marketing to the forefront of email messaging, third party promotions, event promotions and our marketing automation programs.
This position oversees the Direct & Nurture Prospect Marketing and Marketing Automation teams and reports in to the Director, Demand Generation.
Responsibilities
Develop demand and lead generation strategies, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement for top-line and bottom-line growth and meet goals
Work with communications team for promotional content such as e-books and white papers and develop campaigns, execution steps and content requirements for campaign positioning
Manage the campaign management teams activities such as email, third party vendor and automation throughout the full lifecycle from strategic planning, to execution, to reporting on effectiveness.
Analyze performance to optimize conversion rates and make data-driven decisions.
Manage the Lead generation budget and execution of activities within the defined budget.
Periodically share plans/updates with other Sales and Marketing teams.
Ensure activities are aligned to achieve set goals for various business segments (very small businesses, small business, mid-market and enterprise)
Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure that brand messaging conforms to the corporate image and standards
Work with Corporate Communications to vet out areas of cross promotion opportunities for launches/campaigns
Manage the career development paths of the Prospect Marketing and Automation team members.
Provide direction to marketing staff and/or outside contractors to ensure project targets are met.
Partner with Inside Sales Management and Prospect Sales Management to ensure that the leads and resulting opportunities are appropriate and actionable. Recommend and drive changes to lead generation strategies and tactics as needed to achieve optimal results.
Responsible for reporting on monthly/quarterly CPL/CPO by vendor and segment to ensure lead generation quality and operational objectives will be met.
Works with Product Communications to develop supporting material around campaigns and launches.
Create reports for senior management on lead generation program results and effectiveness.
Oversee sourcing and management of outside vendors as needed to fulfill objectives.
Evaluate existing marketing automation tools and processes, make recommendations and implement improvements if applicable.
Qualifications
BS in Marketing or Business
4-6
years experience in Lead Generation Marketing, preferably for B2B Software Company; HR Industry knowledge a plus
Experience managing a team of 3
resources
Ability to create forecasts, financial models, and budgets
Familiar with target audience segmentation strategies that optimize results
Strong content marketing experience via email marketing, advertising and automation campaigns
Ability to communicate audience-appropriate information and ideas clearly in writing.
Knowledge of new Marketing development processes, go-to market strategies, and Marketing lifecycle management
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to influence, lead, and coach cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas
Able to provide strategic direction to internal teams that accomplish business goals
Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize; multi-task and work with competing deadlines
Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing, reporting, and improving key marketing metrics and making data-driven decisions.
Sound understanding of lead scoring, lead nurture, and funnel management concepts.
Strong copywriting skills.
Effective vendor management and negotiation skills.
Proactive work ethic and highly self-motivated.
Creative problem solver, capable of removing obstacles and moving projects to completion.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
