POSITION
Responsibilities:
The Tax IT Business Analyst role is responsible for working with Tax systems end users to gather and document business requirements for systems implementation and enhancements.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:
o Facilitating requirements gathering sessions with tax systems user groups
o Organizing, simplifying, and clarifying business requirements
o Generating thorough and clear documentation to record business requirements, including process and data flows, functional requirements, use cases, etc.
o Interfacing and sharing information between the business users and development team
o Cultivating a strong understanding of tax business processes and underlying concepts
o Working independently to produce project deliverables in coordination with project managers
o Successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously
REQUIRED SKILLS &
Experience:
o At least 3 years relevant experience in business analysis for software design
o Excellent documentation, writing, and organization skills
o Thorough knowledge of documentation tools, including MS Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
o Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
o Ability to quickly grasp complex business concepts
o Familiarity with software development processes and tools
o Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems or related field
Desired Skills &
Experience:
o Effective data analysis skills
o Knowledge of finance, tax, and financial systems
o Experience with billing and purchasing business processes
o Knowledge of the Telecom industryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
