Seeking RN to work in a pediatric home health office M-F 9-5 case managing medically dependent pateints. Job duties include home visits, Medicaid/Insurance admissions, recertifications, Plans of Care and education.

Requirements
oMust be licensed as an RN in Texas.
oMinimum 6 months of pediatric experience.
oHome health or private duty nursing preferred
oCurrent CPR accredited
oMust posses a valid Texas driver's license and Auto Insurance
Job Duties include
oAs a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality patient care according to the specific orders of each patient's individual physician.
