Customer Service Representative - Full Time - Douglas

Speedy Cash (soon to be LendingBear) is currently seeking an excellent Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Douglas location.
The Customer Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Assisting Customers with Financial Transactions and Services (In person and via telephone)
o Maintaining Customer Accounts and Required Paperwork/Documentation
o Ensuring and Maintaining Customer Confidentiality
o Handling Cash and Maintaining Accurate Cash Controls
o Following Up on Past Due Customer Accounts
o Evaluating Customer Merchandise to Determine Value; Preparing Merchandise for Sale (selective locations)
o Providing Assistance in the Sale of Merchandise (selective locations)
o Adhering to all Regulatory Requirements, Federal/State/Local Laws, and Company Policies and Procedures
o Performing Housekeeping Duties and Complying with all Safety/Security Regulations
Job Requirements Include:
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience Required:
o Customer Service
o Cash Handling
o Computer Skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
