Inside Sales Assistant
Career Connections is looking for an Inside Sales Assistant for a growing manufacturer in Athens, Ohio. Main duties will be to assist the sales department by following up on leads, generating quotes and licensing agreements, managing sales orders, assisting with invoicing, updating records, and preparing product for deliveries.
This is a full-time, temporary to direct placement hiring by May. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at a pay rate commensurate with experience. Upon permanent hire, this company offers comprehensive benefits.
To qualify for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma but a Bachelor's is preferred. Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple projects, and be able to document new processes. Computer proficiency expected, especially with MS Office, with Quickbooks knowledge preferred. Candidates possessing accounting, UPS Worldship, and CRM experience desired.
