Property Manager (Residential Real Estate)
We are currently seeking a seasoned Property Manager to operate and manage one of our manufactured home communities located in and around Ortonville, MI.
Our Property Manager will be responsible for financial, leasing, administrative, personnel management, and resident retention related responsibilities.
We are currently looking for people that are willing to go above and beyond for the best interest of the company in order to contribute to the continued success of our growing portfolios. We will compensate depending on experience.
Essential Skills &
Experience:
Prior community/property management experience;Manufactured home experience a plus
Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications; YARDI Experience a Plus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
