We have recently received an increase in business to work on foreclosed properties throughout the New Mexico and Texas areas and are looking for new vendors to perform debris removal/ make-ready services.
Requirements:
You must have your own equipment/ tools.
Must have internet access and knowledge of computers/ tablets/ smartphones
Need Camera for work areas and know how to upload pictures to email or designated system.
Pictures are required for all jobs and must be submitted with invoices in order to process payment.
You must have clean background and 2 valid forms of identification.
Equipment/ tools needed for trash out may include but not limited to:
- A large trailer 16-20 ft. long
- lawn equipment, i.e. riding mower, push mower, weed eater, edger, hedge trimmers
- cleaning supplies to included gallons of water incase water cannot be turned on at property
- compressor
Must know how to winterize/de-winterize a house.
The job includes the removal of up to 40 cubic yards of debris from the home, which could include anything from loose trash and yard debris to furniture and appliances. Replacing outlet/switch covers, smoke detectors, co2's.
Placing a Tarp on the roof if active leak is present.
Correcting any safety hazards.
Removal of an additional 55cyds of overage debris during initial services(if applicable) to be billed separately from initial services payment.
15,000 sq. ft. (1/3 acre) of lawn service, mowing, weed eating, edging, trimming shrubs.
Cleaning the inside of the house completely (maid service)
Winterization of the home.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
