POSITION: Shift Production Manager
LOCATION: Rosedale, Maryland (Baltimore)
SALARY: 70-73K
SHIFT: 2nd

SUMMARY
Food / Beverage experience required.
Responsible for individual and team development, quality performance, cost controls, and service to customers (internal and external).
This position is responsible for a team of individuals with varying levels of experience and education.
The Shift Manager uses in-depth training in manufacturing, warehousing, and scheduling processes.
The Shift Manager provides support and assistance to team members in solving problems and improving performance.
The Shift Manager is expected to have broad influence on the organization, both across shift and function, in helping to manage the business and drive improved performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Directly supervises the day-to-day operations of a group of employees to ensure a smooth work process.
Acts as liaison, representing the Team in general, interfacing and influencing other functions in the organization.
Ensures a safe working environment, through understanding and compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
Develops, interprets and ensures the consistent application of organizational policies and procedures, including GMPs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED, Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or related technical field, plus 5 years experience
OR
7 years of operations or production experience.
Supervisory Experience
Strong leadership skills
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
Available to work an off-shiftEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
