Full Time Sales - Growth to Management

Entry Level Sales - Growth to Management
Extreme Advantage is looking for an entry level account representative to start acquiring new accounts and to grow toward management.
While entry level sales is an important piece of the position, we only promote our management from the entry level up so we want someone ambitious and talented to be able to manage a team in the near future. To prepare our team for management, we mentor our team's game in six core areas:
Sales
Self management/discipline
Leadership
Finance
Team building
Management
Characteristics of our Team and our Ideal Candidate:
1. We want the adventurous sort, someone who seeks new experiences and wants to learn. So it's no accident that we have a lot of people here who had the courage to move from other states to try a new part of the country.
2. We have a ton of people who played collegiate or professional sports, the ones who kept a loss with them for days and were the last ones off the practice field. So yes, competitive and aggressive are great qualities here.
3. We want someone highly social and fun to be around. Our staff is very tight and enjoys spending time together in and out of the office so someone who is team-oriented always fits right in with our culture.
4. We have a lot of people who have spent time as a waiter, bartender or in retail, and we want the person who trained new staff, not the person who couldn't be bothered with something outside their job description.
To be considered for our team, please visit our web site (http://extremeadvantage.net/) and facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/extremeadvantage), and if you feel like you might be a good fit, please submit your resume to be considered for an interview.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
