Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic
Responsibilities
Inspect and test mechanical units
Diagnose problems with vehicles
Adjust, repair or replace parts
Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Education
o High School Diploma (or equivalent)
o Trade school, added bonus
Qualifications
o ASE certifications desirable
o Experience in multiple stages of auto repair
Skills
o Good manual dexterity
o Good visual acuity
o Great attention to detail
o Solves problems effectively
o Well organized
o Works well with others
Compensation
Commensurate with skill level
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
