Graphic Designer

OYO Sports is a rapidly growing company seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Designer with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced creative environment. OYO Sports is looking for a dynamic team player that comes with ideas, loves a team environment that is fast paced and collaborative. You design sports toys and marketing for leagues such as NFL, NHL, MLB and over 50 Colleges and Universities. This position reports to the Creative Manager, and is focused on creating product, packaging as well as marketing materials such as print, web and CRM based marketing content. This role requires the ability to consistently produce high-quality work, meet tight deadlines, accurately estimate project requirements and manage all phases of creative development through completion.

Your Role Will Involve:
o Create product and engaging packaging that drives purchase.
o Design and produce a range of web, email, print and new media marketing materials. Including: banner ads, print ads, social media and website content.
o Interpret project needs, gather information to clarify design issues and creatively produce ideas and solutions to design challenges.
o Maintain brand standards with established OYO look and feel.
o Understanding of the consumer target and sports environment.
o Contribute in ideation/brainstorm sessions.
o Participate in product review meetings and present concepts to all levels of management.
o Ability to manage projects with flawless execution and on time delivery; without compromising quality or design integrity.
Education, Experience and Skills
o 2-4 years experience, preferably in an agency/corporate environment.
o Required working experience with Adobe Creative Suite CS5/Creative Cloud, (Photoshop, Solid Works, Maya, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat) Sketching, Illustration, rendering and animation
o Preferred experience in toys to life category.
o Working knowledge of HTML (editing/customizing), CSS, WordPress, email marketing templates and social media sites.
o Strong conceptual skills with the ability to build strong cross-channel campaigns.
