We are looking for:

A Passionate yet highly organized (Project Coordinator) with a minimum of 5 yrs of experience working with sales and management teams. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
Active learner and effective communicator- Practices good judgment and discretions while working closely with the sales team, internal departments and customers.
Outstanding communication skills- ability to convince while maintaining professionalism.
Multi-task effectively-Prioritize independently and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency on computers- proficient in power point, excel and word.
General
Job Description:
Project coordinator- Supports the sales team such as:
Scheduling sales meetings
Collecting all relevant Bid Documents and Request for Quotes forms (RFQ's) prior to quoting projects.
Set up projects files (hard and soft copies)
Providing all travel arrangements for the sales team
Scheduling trade shows
Scheduling sales trips/appointments for the sales team
Maintain quote status documents including: Reports, charts, graphs, etc. as required.
Collects all sales leads for the sales team and distributes to appropriate individuals.
Provide and maintain all documents required for weekly sales meetings.
Takes minutes for weekly sales meetings to be distributed to all attendees.
Project coordinator-works with the sales team towards attaining monthly/annual sales targets and works closely with management.
Project Coordinator-insures productive communication between new and existing customers and external reps. He/She resolves all client concerns and ensures satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
