IT Systems Administrator
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years experience administering Windows 2008 R2 servers (setting up users, groups, permissions, policies, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, File and Print Services, etc.)
3-5 years experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2007, Active Directory, Windows Server 2008/R2.
1-3 years experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting network based equipment including Cisco (setting up VLANs, static IPs, SNMP, Firewall Access Rules, routing, DHCP, DNS, and content filtering services).
Experience with Exchange 2013, Server 2012, Windows 8 and versions of Mac iOS is a plus.
The position will be a combination of roles including but not limited to Desktop technician, Systems technician, Network technician and General Field Support Services. They will be able to install, replace and troubleshoot multiple devices including but not limited to, desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment (routers, switches, Wireless devices). Responsibilities include supporting operating systems ranging from Windows XP to Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2003-2008 R2. Role includes support of end users local/remote, and resolve hardware problems. The individual must have strong communication skills and excellent organization and planning skills to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment which offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies.
Requirements:
1. Have strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
2. Ability to use basic hand tools to work on systems, networks and server rooms.
3. Basic knowledge of Routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points and wireless devices.
4. Understanding of basic Telco connections including T1s, PRI's, Ethernet handoff and ability to identify components in MPOE, IDF's, NER's and DMARCs.
5. Be able to thoroughly troubleshoot and document any procedures or processes discovered or performed.
6. Install, maintain, and monitor workstations and applications.
7. Maintain documentation of existing and future systems.
8. Tune operating system, network, hardware and other system components for optimal performance.
9. Administer network users, email accounts, and other applications requiring login.
10. Evaluate and install patches, as appropriate.
11. Perform general troubleshooting of the operating system, hardware and applications.
12. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Exchange Management Console, Group Policy
13. Provide first level and second level support of operating systems and third party software.
Position will be Full-Time and work shift will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. There may be times in which overtime will be required and work beyond the standard service hours along with an on-call weekend rotation. Role requires travel among multiple sites and will require dedicated on-site support to specific clients on a regular basis, sometimes within the same day, so candidate must have reliable and capable transportation and ability to transport minor/small items to client and job locations. Candidate will be given skill aptitude test(s) to verify qualifications. Candidate MUST pass a drug and background check. Failure to pass either disqualifies the candidate immediately for employment. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
