Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Acute Care Nursing
At least 1 year in a leadership role
Minimum of 2 years Emergency Management experience
Demonstrated clinical proficiency in age appropriate care using the nursing process
Demonstrated leadership skills with strengths in communication and effective management of resources
Demonstrated skills in conflict management and problem solving
Demonstrated knowledge of information systems and current healthcare technology
Ability to effectively delegate, communicate, prioritize, and function independently
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to Organizational ExcellenceGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
State of Maine RN license and BCLS, ACLS, and PALS mandatory, NRP within 6 MonthsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
