Physical Therapist- 3063

Within our full-service sports fitness and rehabilitation center, which offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy, the professional we select for this vital role will deliver high-quality services to our in/outpatients and their physicians. The individual we select will treat children and adults with traumatic head injuries, cerebral vascular accidents, orthopedic or sports injuries, lymphedema, and incontinence.
Additional responsibilities include: providing skilled physical therapy services to patients, including all aspects of evaluation and treatment establishing treatment plans and providing treatment designed to accommodate discharge needs, recommendations for referrals to specialists delegating to assistants, techs, and students to provide interventions to meet patient needs completing documentation in accordance with departmental policies providing assessments, reassessments, and/or consultations for physical therapy services
You will service 8-10 patients a day. 70%-80% of your patients will be outpatient clients with the rest being inpatient clients.

$65k range for new graduates. More for experience.
PT/FT:
Full time.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8 to 5 or can be a 4/10 schedule.

New graduates may apply.
Education Requirements:
Must have a degree as a Physical Therapist.
Cert/Lic Required
Must be licensed in the state as a Physical Therapist.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
