Plum Direct Marketing, a fast-growing, fun, and innovative marketing firm, is looking to hire a client services/junior account assistant role to help support one of our top marketing experts. In this role, you'll support our top sales people to provide direct marketing services to financial advisers and insurance professionals. Your role will include:
o Documenting new client marketing plans
o Online research to gather information for senior marketing expert to make client recommendations
o Process new client marketing campaign orders
o Communicate with clients and potential clients on behalf of senior marketing expert
o Schedule client appointments with senior marketing expert
o Assist in creating marketing materials for clients
o Answer client questions and concerns
o Maintain organization of client files for senior marketing expert
o Learning the skills necessary to make marketing recommendations to clients and take new orders from them
Skills You Must Have
o Excellent phone skills -- Must LOVE talking with people on the phone and be warm and friendly (Our clients are over the phone only so phone skills are essential)
o Excellent communication and writing skills
o Detail-orientation
o Ability to work quickly and efficiently, but accurately
o Desire to learn and grow professional and financially
o Exceptional customer service skills (must be able to demonstrate the ability to handle clients extremely well)
o Sense of urgency
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Email
Bonus Skills
o InDesign or Other Graphic Design Experience
o Marketing Copy Writing Experience
o Direct Marketing Experience
o Consultative Sales Experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
