Ad Age recently included us in their Best Places to Work in Marketing and Media list, and we are about to expand our team! We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator ------------to join our innovative, growing company.
This position is primarily responsible for managing the assigned client projects in a manner that ensures achievement of client's business goals and objectives through the effective management, communication and supervision of client program.
This position will also include event planning, event implementation, vendor negotiation/management, budget development and tracking, and the creation of marketing and measurement plans.
You will manage these promotions as they go live, be a loyal brand advocate and work closely with your team of field staff and vendors to consistently exceed expectations
Responsibilities:
The Account Coordinator will:
Assist with the development of client presentationsAdministration of payroll and management of expensesCreation, coordination and facilitation of field trainingManagement of project timelines and budgetsProcessing program specific paperworkTroubleshooting and problem solving for any issues that arise (and instant communication of issues)Project reporting and analysis of resultsTrain, manage and motivate team of brand ambassadors in field for client projectsAct as project manager providing project tracking and coordinationThe candidate's success will be measured against:
Managing logistics and implementation of an experiential marketing campaignMaintaining a constant line of communication with client and fieldPreparing project status update reportsMonitoring and coordinating field activity schedulesTracking and maintaining all event budgets, responsible for the bottom line delivery of your projectCrisis management - identifies field issues and develops solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field with two or more years of Experiential Marketing experienceClient service and overall program management experience (concept, implementation and execution with excellence)Strong client communication skills (insight, analysis, and program reporting)Experience managing a multi-market team of Market Managers/Event ManagersPrevious experience dealing with partner agenciesSolid understanding of social media tools and digital platformsStrong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a digital work environmentMust be available to work flexible work hours which will include evenings and/or weekends at timesWho is Mosaic?Consistently voted one of the best places to work, Mosaic provides people, technology, and analytics to support the sales and marketing of world-class brands that you know and use every day.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
