Material Handler

Job Responsibilities1.
Remove finished goods / raw materials from production lines or to production lines and place in warehouse orproduction.
2.
Adheres to all work instructions, Good Manufacturing Practices, and housekeeping procedures.
3.
Document all shipments both inbound and outbound.
4.
Repairing any units damaged during their shift.
5.
Verify that the quality of the product sent outbound meets customer expectations.
6.
Responsible for maintaining ISO standards.
7.
Operate a forklift in warehouse, production and shipping areas of the plant.
8.
Ensure finished goods are properly labeled, marked and scanned before putting product into storage or loading it ontotrucks.
9.
Move finished goods into dock area for shipment.
10.
Properly scan product to maintain proper inventory counts.
11.
Inspect truck to ensure it is clean and there is no damage to the trailer that would cause damage to the product.
12.
Correctly and accurately complete assigned paperwork.
13.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications1.
High School diploma or GED required2.
Must be a Plastipak Packaging Inc.
, certified forklift driver.
3.
Must have basic math and reading skills.
4.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
5.
Must have the ability and the willingness to follow verbal and written instructions.
6.
Must have and excellent safety and attendance record.
7.
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse area.
8.
Adhere to best GMP policies.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
