Purchasing Specialist
Alliance Scientific Solutions is currently recruiting for a global food manufacturing company.
Target Salary $55,000 to $60,000
10% bonus potential
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met by monitoring supply performance.
Key Duties
Serve as central coordinator for day to day conflict resolution when customer supply does not meet demand
Monitor customer purchasing quality and complaint
Customer contract and stock coverage monitoring along with service exception management
Conduct goods receipt and consumption reporting to customers
Oversee price verification monitoring
Manage claims administration with customers
Other duties as required
REQUIRED:
BA/BS in Supply chain or logistics
3 years logistics and/or supply chain
Food Experience Preferred.
ERP system experience - SAP preferred
Strong computer (Office & Excel)
Excellent written and verbal skills
Additional language skills such as German, French or Spanish) a plus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
