Role
Summary:
Responsible for creating high quality documentation for the Choicelinx Benefits Administration and Enrollment application. This includes User Guides, Training Guides, Job Aides, and SOPs.

Responsibilities:
Gather product information needed to produce documentation by attending requirement review meetings and product demos.
Evaluate product documentation needs based on product requirements, new features, and enhancements.
Write or rewrite product documentation including outlining intended material to be covered, writing drafts, conducting reviews, performing copy edits and ensuring timely delivery of finished documentation.
Create training materials and technical self-study documents and communications for internal audiences.
Create client facing documentation on new product features and implementation procedures.
Enlist business experts as needed to remediate knowledge gaps.

Qualifications:
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Solid experience with MS-Word, including indexing, linking, and working with tables.
Experience with Snag-It for capturing and manipulating images.
Detail oriented, quick learner.
Ability to work comfortably with individuals at different levels within the organization.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Previous work experience with a healthcare/insurance or benefits administration company a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
