Machine Operator
Job Description Kelly Services is seeking DIRECT HIRE Machine Operators in Marshfield, WI.
Machine Operators will set up, adjust and operate an individual machine, work cell or a position with a work center.
Positions available on 2nd and 3rd shift.
Pay is $14.
38 - $15.
16 / hour with benefits at the 1st of the month after start date.
Duties:
Read process documentation to determine physical specifications and processing steps.
Process transactions.
Set up and adjust equipment; understand drawings, change heads, inserts and other replacement tooling.
Gather materials as needed for assembly.
Perform quality checks.
Operates motorized equipment (i.
e.
forklift, KVAL lifts, etc.
) as needed.
Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required.

e.
oiling, minor tooling replacement.
Assists Management, Maintenance, and Quality Personnel when trouble shooting equipment, process or material issues.
Communicate effectively for flow of product through plant.
Maintain downtime records and production information.
Perform housekeeping duties.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Work with over 60# occasionally (up to 25% in an 8 hour day) Push / Pull 100# w/ assistance seldom (up to 13% in an 8 hour day) Kneel occasionally (up to 25% in an 8 hour day) Squat occasionally (up to 25% in an 8 hour day) Stoop frequently (up to 67% in an 8 hour day) Twist occasionally (up to 25% in an 8 hour day) Work with extended arms seldom (up to 13% in an 8 hour day) Stand in one spot for long periods of time Why Kelly ?At Kelly Services , we work with the best.
