Process Technician

The Process Engineer is responsible for creating/ developing drawings for the shop floor, assisting with the input of the ERP System (Routings, BOM, etc), manage the ECN process, cell design/ layout, time studies/ standards, and assist production with continuous improvement ideas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation of drawings as needed with the Artisan title block to assure control over part revision.
Creation of drawings capable of running through the laser post processor software.
Creation of blanks and / or blank modifications to meet customer requirements.
Input into the Production Folders as a result of the contract review process the bill of materials and routing sequences required for part production and costing.
Develop/ Design manufacturing cell's, Work Instructions, Create Standards, Time Studies
Owner of the ECN Process - Interface with all departments to complete ECN's
Monitoring a new, revised or existing programs from cradle to grave (New Product Launches, Shop Floor Production Projects)
Assisting the group with the development of current and new processes
Working with customers in resolving engineering/estimating issues on new projects and to be able to help the customer design their parts when needed.
NON ESSENTIAL DUTIES
With the assistance of the department associates, identify and document Continuous Improvement opportunities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associates Degree in Drafting, Engineering, or other related field
Experience: 3-5 years or equivalent combination of experience and education
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Products, Auto-CAD, Solid Modeling Experience

-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical prints
Reasoning Ability
-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and report information back to supervisor

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
