CNC Mechanic

The CNC Mechanics will have extensive knowledge of all CNC based machinery to work in a fast paced production environment.
Technician will troubleshoot and repair AC/DC drives and motors, power supplies, electronic circuit boards, CNC controls and interfacing, electrical wiring, switches, relays, and other electrical and electronic systems.
Will repair or replace mechanical components such as: gears, shafts, sprockets, chains, and bearings, as well as repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
The CNC lead technician will provide emergency electrical, electronic, and mechanical repairs to all manufacturing and support equipment in the facility.
This position will also assist with set up after maintenance has been performed to ensure a smooth transition back into manufacturing production while working with department setup personnel and manufacturing engineers. Requires knowledge of machining techniques and methods and familiarity with computer numerically controlled machine tool operating procedures. Ability to work from programming instructions, operational data and machine setup instructions defining and coding tool arrangements, material clamping methods, machine calibrations and console settings. Have the ability to work with close and exact tolerances.
Requires the ability to read and understand electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics, drawings and blueprints.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
