Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator will be matching the client's transportation request with the appropriate vehicle and chauffeur within the respective service market on a global basis. In addition, they are responsible for managing the quality of every reservation. This job requires a significant time commitment as we operate 24/7 365. Ideal candidate will do well playing a leadership role with a company that is poised for strong growth.

Dispatching reservations daily to appropriate vendors
Meet quality expectations
Build long-lasting relationships with our affiliates
Identifying and escalating potential issues
Communicating non-compliance issues to our vendor management team
Candidates must possess:
Proven vendor and/or customer service experience
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Prioritization skills
Positive attitude
Ability to adapt to change
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong attendance record
