We are seeking an experienced Full-time Agency Recruiter to work at our offices due to our record growth. We staff pharmaceutical, retail, financial services, and other industries. You must have a proven track record recruiting high volume amount of positions nationwide. This position provides a base and lucrative commission structure. There is high earning potential. We are only seeking candidates that can work in a fast paced environment, highly competitive, strong work ethic, resilient, positive, passionate for recruiting and quality, and committed to work long hours in order to successfully fill jobs.
The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Full life cycle recruiting with ability to recruit, select, and place true professionals with above average talent.
Sourcing utilizing referrals, ATS, job boards, data mining, cold calling, social media and other creative sourcing methods
Build talent pipeline, continually network and keep in touch with strong candidate pool
Work closely with sales and provide candidate summaries
Interview, evaluate and coach candidates
Negotiate salaries, extend offers
Utilize ATS to keep track of all recruiting activity
Keep candidates updated on status
Provide Generalist duties to consultants placed
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree highly preferred
1-5 years of successful agency recruiting experience - Strong sourcing and data mining
Excellent communication and phone skills essential
High achiever
Strong customer service
ATS and strong computer skills requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
