Customer Service - Account Coordinator
Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, Client & Vendor Services, this position is responsible for providing one stop account management for selected accounts. In addition, this position will track invoices and provide assistance in billing issues.

Responsibilities:
? Provide a single point of contact for each assigned account
? Track invoicing and provide assistance with any billing issues that may arise
? Build excellent relationships with clients, and address quality concerns when needed
? Individual order assignment as well as account QC, as required, to ensure superior customer service
? Establish monthly contact and/or follow-up with clients regarding quality of services to ensure open lines of communication, including but not limited to; client conference calls
? Communicate customer feedback to SingleSource Marketing and Management
? Complete various tasks using 'PropertySmart' (proprietary software)

Location: Canonsburg PA
Pay: $13.00/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
