As a Customer Sales and Service Representative (LO), you will devote much of your day to building longterm relationships with our customers.
You will have the opportunity to build trust and learn more about our customers' financial needs to provide them with options that make it easier for them to reach their goals.

CSSRs (LO) are expected to provide options by proactively servicing customers and offering basic retail banking products and services to meet the needs of our existing customers.
Referring customers to other areas of the bank for more complex products and/or services based on their current or future needs is another expectation for those who work as a CSSR.
Your exciting role includes:
Providing excellent and prompt service in all customer interactions to ensure satisfaction Following up with customers who are referred by tellers based on confirmed needs Completing teller job duties as necessary Based on the specific store's needs a CSSR (LO) may spend a portion of their time handling cash transactions 1
years experience in customer service or interacting directly with customers.

Persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to these requirements.
The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards.
Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening.

months experience handling cash such as preparing deposits, handling store revenue.

months experience using basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, word processing software, spreadsheet software.
Ability to speak clearly, succinctly, and accurately using a pleasant tone while using common conversational courtesies.
Additional experience meeting sales goals.
Additional sales experience (either in person or over the phone).
Experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers and/or solving customer problems.
Experience identifying additional opportunities to sell products and services to customers (EUR upsellingEUR ).
Experience in position(s) where individual and team goals were monitored.
Experience in the financial industry.
Experience interacting positively with difficult or irate customers.
Experience meeting customer satisfaction goals.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
