Utilize advanced theoretical knowledge of computer and IT principles, as well as advanced experience with associated tools and technologies, to analyze and interpret end-user business requirements in order to develop and/or modify technical design specifications using UML for off-the-shelf and/or custom-developed computer applications software. Position is involved in complete end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle, from design and development through to support. Job duties include: Develop prototypes and perform complex application coding and programming. Build complex systems using web services standards with SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT, XML Schema, Spring, and hibernate, as well as strong knowledge of Java & J2EE (including JSP, EJB, JDBC, SPRING, HIBERNATE, SQL, XML, HTML and associated technologies). Analyze and Design Object models and Design Patterns in various tiers of the application. Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs. Analyze business requirements and prepare technical high and low level designs using UML (class, sequence diagrams) technology. Write code development using Eclipse ID tool using Filenet, Java, Spring, Hibernate technologies. Deploy the developed build in the server using JBOSS, Tomcat and Web Logic servers. Optimize the performance by analyzing the code and implementing best practices. Identify, resolve, and manage issues and errors, including publishing process and system metrics. Utilize organizational best standards and practices to mentor team members and clients to aide them in the development of technical skills and competencies. Maintain and optimize information systems development and support processes and standards. May perform other duties normally associated with this occupation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related field providing the required skills, knowledge and abilities, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position providing the required skills, knowledge and abilities. In lieu of the primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related field providing the required skills, knowledge and abilities, and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelors degree experience in the job offered or in a related position providing the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Must also have demonstrable experience and proficiency in the following:
Core Java, Servlets, JSP, EJB, Spring, Hibernate, SDLC, Filenet, Apache Tomcat 7.0, JBOSS 6.0 & 7.0, WebLogic Server 7.0, and Coordinate and Filenet 4.5 CE & PE.
Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. The term suitable in this context means substantial compatibility with stated academic level and job experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.
No travel or telecommuting. Position is project-based at various unanticipated work sites within the U.S., and relocation may be required at the end of each long-term project.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
