The Administrative Assistant will support executive management and the campaign management. Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support for Senior Management and the marketing department in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Communicate regularly with Senior Management, staff, clients, and vendors.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Support - For Media Ocean and subsidiary companies
Provide administrative support by coordinating executive's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Manage phone calls, faxes, mail, inquiries, and expense reporting
Conserve executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
Prepare and edit general communication and correspondence
Prepare meeting materials and presentation decks for a variety of needs including but not limited to Board of Directors meetings
Serve as liaison between Senior Management, Middle Management, and other department staff
Marketing Support and Project Management
Ensure marketing campaign projects are completed in a timely manner by performing and coordinating appropriate tasks
Track, document and report on all clients leads to management and to client
Assist communication with clients on campaign performance, developing presentations and reports by assimilating and compiling specific and necessary data
Organize and maintain files, follow-up/pending and reminder systems for various recurring projects and reports
Document, write procedures, record videos, and information management and filing
Minimum Qualifications

Education Level:

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

3-5 years in executive administrative experience with C-level Management
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Accurate typing speed of 60 WPM
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while serving as a liaison to department heads, managers, associates, and Customers.
Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in the handling of highly sensitive issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a very organized fashion
Proactive work ethic with utmost attention to detail
Knowledge of basic research fundamentals
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexible and adaptable to change
Demonstrates commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations, effectively solicits and responds to the needs of the customer both external and internal

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
