We also help other vertical industries such as healthcare, education, sales, retail, restaurant and more with their job placements. Client Contracts reflect either direct hires or ongoing billable placements. We will work with everyone who needs an extra hand hiring qualified people.
Our main focus has been in the government contract sector and as we move forward will be gaining presence within the social media networks.
THE POSITION
We are excited to be expanding across the US and are looking for several motivated, dedicated, organized and focused Remote Business Development Manager (BDM) to call potential clients that need help in recruiting for open positions within their organization. The BDM will present clients contracts and sign them up for our services. CLF will provide a call list, however BDM is still required to make cold calls into companies. BDM can do face to face meetings with local clients as needed.
This position is full uncapped commission until BDM meets the initial requirements to move to salary. BDM will earn commission on each contract that is signed and a percent of net profit from each new hire per contract. Once the BDM achieves a required sales target, the position can move to a base salary and continued percent of net profit from each new hire per contract. Full plan will be discussed during an initial phone interview.
BDM REQUIREMENTS
o Previous Inside Sales Experience preferred
o Customer Service or Retail Experience
o Excellent Communication skills
o Experience prospecting
o Experience Networking
o Experience with New Business Development
o Motivated, organized, focused and committed
o Detail Oriented
o Ability to Close a Sale
o Ability to see The Big Picture
o Can type minimum 40 wpm
o Experience using Microsoft suite
o Experience working with CRM programs - CLF USES ZOHO
BDM Overview
o Work from Home (great tax advantage)
o 80/20 work in field and occasionally work the phone - or
o 80/20 work from home and occasionally visit clients
o Attend local Chamber and Networking meetings
o Initial Commission position - option to move to salary after initial sales target it met
o PLAN A - Commission (average - 90 days)
? Paid on PER Contract that Client Signs ($50-$250)
? Paid 5% on Net Profit per Contract Position that is filled
o PLAN B - BASE Salary after Required Goals MET: $30K-$40K Annual
? NO payment for signed client contracts
? Paid 5% on Net Profit per Contract Position that is filled
o NOTE: Positions are filled by CLF Recruiting Staff
