PART-TIME Human Resources Assistant
Job Description Kelly Services is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a human resource assistant in LaGrange, GA.
This is a part-time position offering great experience! The assignment is expected to be about 20-25 hours per week.
- Manage and maintain employee information in the information system.
- Create reports from system as needed to support other processes and upon request.
- Oversee new hire entry and provide resolution to common issues as they arise- Assist with processing payroll- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team- Evaluate candidates' resumes against position requirements.
- Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts.
- Assists Recruiters with scheduling interviews with candidates, referring applicants to specific position openings, administering pre-employment forms and tests, checking references, and processing changes with regard to employee status.
Requirements - Three months experience or associates degree in human resource management preferred- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Office- High level of accuracy, follow-through, prioritizing to meet deadlines, and attention to detail- Solid communication skills and professional phone presence- Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment - Ability to multi-task high-volume walk-in traffic and multi-line phone line simultaneously Why Kelly ?At Kelly Services , we work with the best.
