Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for Sales team members for all things related to Salesforce.
Act as primary POC with Salesforce.com account management team.
Recommend functionality, features, and reports to business leaders in various functions.
Support business initiatives that require Salesforce information and/or data (e.g., email campaigns, ad hoc reports, etc).
Implement changes with applications; test those changes to ensure accuracy; and work with the sales and operations departments to accept and deploy the new solutions.
Responsible for optimization and maintenance of Salesforce.com for various cross functional groups (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support).
Configure objects, create workflows, document, and validate use.
Meet with business unit stakeholders to customize interface and reports to meet needs and visions.
Act as subject matter expert to enable Salesforce.com success as our unified system of record.
Design, document, build, test and deploy alerts, reports and complex dashboards within Salesforce.
Maintain user profiles, role hierarchy, sharing rules and security.
Manage all data exported and imported into Salesforce.
Develop and conduct training sessions, and create and update training materials.
Keep abreast with new Salesforce.com features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Manage special projects as assigned. This includes sales compensation, sales reporting tracking, ad-hoc reporting, and contract processing.
Provide technical support and logging as well as tracking of system issues.
Train new and existing users on the database applications.
Education, Experience Requirements:
3 - 5 years of Salesforce.com administrator experience with knowledge of all common configuration tasks (non-coding)
SFDC / Salesforce.com Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications strongly preferred
Development experience in APEX, Visual Force, Force.com a plus
Ability to multitask in an ever changing fast paced environment, and work independently with little supervision
Ability to prioritize and understand customers needs
Ability to see the big picture and solve issues in Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong spreadsheet and data-modeling experience
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detailEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
