Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning and logistics of senior level management meetings including company Board Meetings, Annual Officer Meetings and Dinner, Executive Committee Offsites, and other senior leadership events/meetings.
Provide back-up support when the Senior Management Associate is out of the office.
Handle a variety of situations of a highly confidential, complex, proprietary, and sometimes-sensitive nature. Work involves addressing issues/problems and developing practical, thorough, and creative solutions without relying on precedent or supervisory review.
Partner with immediate workgroup, other Executive Committee administrative offices and all support departments around the company to maximize efficiency of the team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years administrative support experience with at least 3 years supporting high-level executives.
AA degree or equivalent industry experience or training required; BA or BS degree preferred.
Have demonstrated and possess an ability to show discretion, judgment, organizational savvy, written and verbal communication skills.
Have demonstrated and possess strong attention to detail, computer software (calendaring, word processing, presentation development), and entire spectrum of administrative support skills.
Proven ability to work successfully in a dynamic office environment with changing priorities and sometimes hectic situations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
