Well established company with a nationwide presence who has their corporate office in Katy, TX is in need of a Corporate Travel Agent for a contract position that is estimated to last from 4 to 8 months.

Your Role:
Books associate domestic travel and backs up the International Travel Agent as needed
Assists stranded travelers when they call on non-work hours.
Coordinates and makes reservations for meetings/seminars as well as transient travel
Enters and maintains data in the corporate travel system
Reconciles financial accounts frequently
Background Profile:
Associates degree preferred
High School Diploma required
Must have 3 years of travel experience and travel software: Amadeus experience is preferred, but Saber experience will work too.
Must have used this software in the last 2 years
Customer service oriented
Strong Excel experience
