These are full time direct hire position, not temp to hire, with the company. Competitive pay, different shifts open depending on experience and position
Maintenance Tech/Supervisor/Lead/Process Technician/Mold Maker/Extrusion Operator
Anyone with Plastic Injection experience can apply
Job Functions and Skills Needed:
1) Must have plastic injection molding experience and the ability to start up Co-Extruder and Thermoform Line following our procedures
2) Must possess processing skills to respond to machine and & hopper alarms
3) Must be able to perform all tasks of Utility Clerk and Packer when required
4) Must be able to perform minor routine maintenance on equipment
5) Must be able to read production schedule and verify correct WO is running with correct material and color
6) Must be able to assist with training of new employees to make sure they are packing parts according to spec sheet and following all company policies
7) Must be able to accurately gather production numbers and learn to enter data into work order system. Assist Foreman and verify shift production matches the induction report
8) Must be able to learn how to accurately complete shift paperwork: shift sheets, Temp Tickets etc.
9) Must perform hourly sample checks to verify product meets specifications
10) Assist Foreman to maximize machine output while minimizing scrap
11) Must be lockout-tagout and forklift certified by the company
12) Must assist with completing safety, housekeeping and inventory tasks.
13) Must work as a team
14) Must have own tools or acquire basic tools within 30days of accepting the position
15) Must be able to run sheet extruder & be a backup for the Foreman

A qualified candidate will have excellent attendance, a good working knowledge of the production area, good interpersonal skills, mechanical aptitude, and possess basic computer skills using e-mail, MS-Word, Excel, Compass and Mas500

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
