Customer Service and Sales Representative
Career Connections is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative for an automotive service center in Athens, Ohio. Main duties include answering telephone and in-person inquiries, scheduling appointments, relaying updates on behalf of the service center, generating work orders, processing payments, and selling services.
This is a temp-to-direct, full-time position hiring by April 27, 2015. The schedule will vary to include alternating Saturdays, and potential shifts are 7:
30-4:
30, 8:
00-5:
00 and 9:
00-6:
00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If asked to work a Saturday shift, the shift will end at 2:
00 p.m. and the employee will be given an alternate day off in the work week. The pay rate starts at $8.10/hour and upon permanent hire, the company offers commission income as well as comprehensive benefits after 90 days.
To qualify for this position, computer proficiency and prior customer service experience required. A helpful, outgoing personality and strong verbal communication skills preferred. Must be willing to work some overtime hours as the business requires.
