Assistant Manager
Busy tire shop seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to supervise management of shop and associates to ensure achievement of business goals and great customer service.
Manage analysis and drive sales volume, profitability and performance identification; creating and implementing competitive strategies for managing productivity standards.
The Assistant Manager provides professional, timely and courteous service to our customers.
In the absence of the General Manager, the Assistant Manager assumes all management duties and responsibilities for the shop.
This position supervises the work and productivity levels of tire shop and front desk personnel to ensure standards are met or exceeded.
Experience required to perform every task related to mounting and installing tires and wheels.
