Handyman / Subcontractor
We are seeking subcontractors for ongoing maintenance and repairs on vacant bank owned homes/properties.
Services include (not limited to):
o Grass Cuts/Snow Removal
o Lock Changes
o Winterizations
o Debris Removal/Trash Outs
o Construction Repairs
o Light Cleaning/Maid Service
Subcontractor must have your own vehicle, computer, printer, & smart phone to take pictures. You also need your own tools, locks, lawn mower, generator, plow, and any other tools needed to completed work orders. Must be able to pass a background check & carry your own general liability insurance.
