Experienced Scribe / Medical Assistant for Busy Practice
Experienced Medical Assistant with Electronic Medical Records experience needed for growing pain management practice in West Columbia, SC.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Extremely familiar with medical terminology
Proficient, accurate, and grammatically correct in all documentation
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office programs - Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
Ability to learn web-based EMR systems very quickly. Athena software experience a huge plus
Only paper medical charting is not applicable for this position
Multi-tasking and grace under pressure are required at all times and in all situations
experience with procedures, taking vitals, urine screening, blood draws
Teamwork & Cooperation are mandatory. Desire to cross-train on all front and back office positions required
Permanent, Full-Time position working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm or until the job is complete
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
