Real Estate Financial Analyst / Transaction Manager

We are recruiting a Financial Analyst / Transaction Manager in the Birmingham, AL area who wants to leave a legacy with one of our clients.

The Financial Analyst / Transaction Manager will have the opportunity to work at one of the largest and fastest growing real estate brokerage firms not only in Alabama, but around the country! This role will serve as the point person as a real estate brokerage deal goes to contract. He/She will be responsible to understand what type of information needs to be disseminated in the best manner to the correct stakeholders at the right time. They will provide due diligence support to the broker team by leading the maintenance, documentation, and follow-up of all properties in escrow.

Job Major
Responsibilities:

Serve as the point person as a real estate brokerage deal goes to contract.
Provide due diligence support to the broker team by leading the maintenance, documentation, and follow-up of all properties in escrow.
Direct the flow of information, purchase and sale agreements with amendment(s) through property closings.
Ensure the real estate transaction process is efficient, effective, and is completed in line with company goals and objectives.
Skills/Experience Needed:

Four year college degree preferred, but not required; Real Estate license a plus.
Advanced proficiencies in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox.
Possess a positive attitude with both internal and external team members, clients, vendors, and others.
Strong ability to organize, analyze and interpret legal and compliance related materials
Strong self-confidence, good judgment, and sound decision making and problem solving skills
Possess excellent time management/organizational skills with a keen eye toward attention to detail; must have ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced environment, and aggressive deadlines with minimum supervision; successfully meet established project requirements and deadlines; must have ability to work independently and multi-task
Base Pay: $75,000 depending on experience

Time off: 15 PTO/Sick Days; 9 paid holidays
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
