Summary: Hires staff, schedules workflow, oversees the daily workload, assigns priorities and evaluates performance for 3 rural health clinics. Provides technical expertise and advice in the development and implementation of policies and objectives. Manages the day-to-day activities of all 3 clinics to ensure its efficient operation and continuity of quality patient care. Prepares, administers, and monitors the clinics' budgets. Directs the functions and activities of insurance data collection to ensure appropriate payment for services. Implements Hamilton Healthcare System policies and modifies or creates specific policies to fit the clinics. Provides leadership, and identifies and provides opportunities for staff to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to contribute to the success of the clinics. Maintains confidentiality while working with confidential matters on a daily basis. Promotes good public relations within the community while working with patients, families, Medical Staff, medical personnel, law officials, fire department personnel and others. Follows safety guidelines and policies for the Healthcare System. Performs other position-appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:
A. Education: Bachelors degree
B. Personal job-related skills: Verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with administration in a rural health clinic setting.
C. Licensure, registry or certification: Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Texas preferred
D.
Experience:
1. Prior work
Experience: Two to three years supervisory experience in a medical clinic environment
2. Technical training: Familiarity with state and federal personnel regulations
E. Physical and mental requirements: Duties of position require intermittent
walking, sitting, standing and lifting up to 40 pounds.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
