Senior Direct Support Professional (5706)
Plans and facilitates shift functions and activities for assigned unit, ensuring that all necessary routines and tasks are completed. Cares for groups of students under supervision of Supervisor and Group Home Director, by performing the following duties:

Behavior Management
Teaching recreational and social competencies
Documentation and reporting
Health and Safety
Work expectations
Shift Leadership

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in field related to human services; or Associates Degree in field related to human services with six months experience in human services; or one year of experience in human services with a minimum of Certificate of Achievement from public high school in Massachusetts, documentation of home schooling equivalent to a high school diploma, GED, or High School Diploma. Specialist training or specific skills; student intern experience or volunteer work may be credited toward experience.
