Retail Construction Accounting Assistant
Experienced Accounting Assistant needed for a busy retail construction company.
Successful candidate must be extremely organized and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving issues on multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience must include:
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Accounts receivable/progress billing
-Accounts payable entry
-Must have the ability to meet deadlines
-Ability to review costs and monitor budgets vs payables
-Process Change Orders and follow-up with Project Team
-Process and track incoming/outgoing Lien Releases
-Process and track Preliminary Notices
-Credit card and expense report processing
-Review all Client billing requirements and submit as required
-Communicate with Subcontractors via telephone/email, strong follow up
-Master Builder/Sage 100 Software
-Strong computers skills
-G mail proficient
